Who This Service Is For:

Speak Cybernetic provides AI-powered call center services strictly for business clients and self-employed professionals (B2B). This service is not intended for personal or consumer use.

About the AI Service:

The service uses artificial intelligence agents to answer calls, capture leads, and provide information. While highly accurate and reliable, these AI agents are not human and may occasionally misinterpret or fail to capture information perfectly.

Guarantees:

Speak Cybernetic does not guarantee 100% accuracy or availability. The service is provided “as is” and may be affected by technical or network issues beyond control.

Billing and Refunds:

• Pricing is $30 per 100 minutes of AI call time, billed monthly.
• Minutes do not roll over to the next month.
• All purchases are final; no refunds or credits will be given for unused minutes or service dissatisfaction.
• Clients will receive email notifications when usage reaches approximately 50% or more and 80% or more of their monthly minutes close to completion.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information to finetune the AI / Large Language Model and ensuring compliance with local laws, including call recording regulations.
